Honey produced by bees from the  nectar  collected  from  flowers  and stored  in their  nests or hives as food. It is  classified according to origin as blossom and  honey-due-honey and by processing  mode  as  comb, extracted or pressed-honey. Most of the honey consumed now is produced according to refined management methods. Process of honey collection when combs are filled with honey and capped over, those are taken from the hive and the bees are removed from combs.
